![]() So I bought the policy that cost me $121.00 dollars and the same monthly. ![]() I felt a little pressured by the salesman that if I didn't say yes I would lose the best rate. ![]() I was looking for warranty company and chose endurance because I thought they offered the best choice. You should put that same monthly payment in a separate personal account yourself! At least you know the money will be there when you need it for a repair! But at least I can make others aware of how they operate and hopefully steer them clear of Endurance Warranty! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well. Do not use this scamming company they have no morals. I have read many reviews that state the same thing. They are only interested in stealing you money without providing any service repair. My truck is not jacked up, no has it ever been jacked up. When I signed up we discussed that I had a 2" leveling kit on my front end just to level out the truck, "Oh that's ok" they said, but when I had the claim they denied it saying I had a lift kit. I had the policy for two years never missed a payment but when I filed a claim they were quick to send out one of their 3rd party inspectors to deny the claim on any technicality they come up with since they could find nothing else to deny it on. I purchased the Endurance Secure Plan on May 4,2021. After review, there are many lawsuits open regarding this exact issue with this company, so I am now looking into this.Įndurance is a Fraudulent Company! Buyers beware! Yes they are really nice when signing you up. Now, they are only covering a measly $500 (or so) to my almost $2,000 bill. When buying any luxury/high end car, not just any auto shop will or can work on the car. ![]() Although it is in my contract, when I was verbally sold this contract, NONE of this was said and I was actually told that this plan was great for my type of car and would cover everything on the car besides maintenance (tires, headlights,) The rep I spoke to on the phone regarding this issue specifically informed me that they contacted other parts stores which were cheaper and gave me the contact info for other auto repair shops to see if they will work on my car. I called Endurance and spoke to a rep who told me that it is up to the Administrator's discretion to cover either manufacturer or factory parts, which is a very small part of my contract and was never actually disclosed to me. So now I have no dealership to install the aftermarket parts that only Endurance will cover because they are cheaper. After they contacted Endurance to tell them my car needed rear airbags, they were told that Endurance will only cover aftermarket cheaper parts found elsewhere, which BMW will not install and will not warranty. I noticed recently my rear air bags were leaking, so I took it to BMW since although they will cover a repair by any ASE certified mechanic, no one in the area will work on a BMW, so I pretty much have to go to the dealership. He also informed me that it would cover everything except maintenance and was the absolute best plan, so I went with it paying just over $215/month. The sales rep told me that he also has a BMW and had to file a claim and they paid for everything, except the $500 deductible. I bought a used BMW and those are expensive to repair, so I figured I would see what Endurance had to offer after they contacted me from a google search.
